E2 · Become a CEO · Season One
Pick one of three real E2 roles: CEO of Tugboat, CEO of the Arcade, or Community Manager of the E2 Discord. Get the keys, the scoreboard, and a real salary. Ship every day, report like an owner, and learn the job by doing it, with a safety net.
Agent Managers only. This program opens to you after you become an Agent Manager and get paid your first ₱50 as one. That first ₱50 is the key to this door.
Who this is for
These roles are not open to everyone, and they are not first come first served. They are the next step for people who are already doing the Agent Manager work inside E2.
Join the Agent Managers inside the E2 Discord and start doing the work: running your agent, showing up, and shipping what you are asked to ship.
Earn your first ₱50 as an Agent Manager and get it paid. Your Tippy record is the proof. No first ₱50 yet means no CEO week yet, no exceptions and no hard feelings.
Once that first ₱50 is in your record, you can apply for one of the three roles on this page: Arcade CEO, Tugboat CEO, or Discord Community Manager.
Not an Agent Manager yet? That is your first job, not this page. Start in the E2 Discord, become an Agent Manager, earn the first ₱50, then come back here. The door will be open.
The deal
No, it is not a Fortune 500 salary. It is honest pay for a real week running a young business: ₱1,000 for finishing the week properly, plus ₱500 more if the work is genuinely good.
Base pay is earned by doing the job, not by getting lucky:
Do that and the ₱1,000 is yours on Day 7, win or lose on the metrics. Quit mid week with no word and it does not pay. Life happens? Tell us early and we reschedule you.
One clear bonus, no stacking maze. Every role has a public scoreboard below that shows what good work looks like for that job. Hit it, ship clean work, and file honest reports, and the bonus is yours.
The bonus is decided in the Day 7 review against your scoreboard, and paid together with your ₱1,000.
And the part money cannot buy: your name and your real results presented to the whole community on the World Feed, a CEO badge on your profile for your week, a written reference from Dave if you earn it, and first shot at a longer paid role if the business grows under you.
How the week runs
This is your week to lead. You open by setting your vision and your goals in front of everyone, you spend the week moving everything forward, and you close by presenting your work to the whole community.
You get the keys: the channel, the page, the scoreboard, and last weeks numbers, with a handover from Dave. You get clear on what a winning week looks like.
You run an all hands meeting for your role: your vision for the week, your goals, your scoreboard targets, and how people can help. This is the moment the room starts following your lead.
One big move a day toward your goals, one short report a night so the room can see it moving. Dave is on call for money and promise calls only. Everything else, you decide and move.
You present your work to the community: the vision you set, what you shipped, what the numbers did, and what you would hand the next person in the chair. It goes on the World Feed, and pay lands: ₱1,000, plus the ₱500 bonus if you earned it.

Classified: three secret missions
Each mission is real, live, and small enough that one good week visibly moves it. Read the brief on the right, accept the mission, and on Day 7 you present what you did to the whole community.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it: take the Arcade to the next level. Build a 3D world players can step into, launch new games, and run a live stream night the whole town shows up for. Seven days. One chair. Make the Arcade the most talked about place in E2.
Baselines are taken from the week before your week, in public, so nobody can move the goalposts later.
First seat
Week One of this program runs the Arcade, and the seat does not belong to anybody yet. Any Agent Manager who has passed the gate on this page can apply for it, and the strongest application gets it.
The proposed first week: build a playable 3D world, launch two new games, run a live stream night with the tournament final, and beat last weeks play count. Pay is ₱1,000 for the week, plus the ₱500 good work bonus if the week hits, results presented either way.
Apply for Week One See all three rolesNobody is pre picked for this seat. Dave chooses the Week One CEO from the applications and confirms the start date directly in Discord.
Expectations
Freedom with a frame. You run it, and these are the rails that keep a fun week from becoming a messy one, for you and for the business.
You cannot spend E2 money, promise discounts or client outcomes, sign a client, change a price for good, or remove anyone. Propose it in the morning plan, get a fast yes or no, then move. Everything that spends nothing and promises nothing is yours to decide.

Apply
Applying takes two minutes and one honest paragraph, if you have passed the gate: Agent Manager, first ₱50 already paid. No resume, no cover letter, no interview suit. Pick your role above, copy this, fill it in truthfully, and post it in the Discord.
One person per role per week, and nobody runs the same role twice in a row. Wait four weeks and you can take a different role. Dave picks each weeks CEO or manager and confirms the pay, the bonus, and the scoreboard in writing in Discord before Day 0, so there are no surprises for anyone.
Not yet. These roles are only for Agent Managers who have been paid their first ₱50 as an Agent Manager. Become an Agent Manager first, earn that first ₱50, then apply here and jump the line, because you will have proof of work most applicants do not.
Yes. ₱1,000 via Tippy on Day 7 for a completed week, plus ₱500 if your work earns the good work bonus in the Day 7 review. The terms for your week are confirmed in writing before you start.
Yes, and it is priced in. The ₱1,000 covers the work and the reporting. The ₱500 bonus only pays when the work is genuinely good. A flat week still teaches you more than a course, and your Day 7 presentation records it honestly.
You cannot spend money or sign promises, so the downside is capped by design. Experiments that need money or a promise go through Dave first, fast.
You hand the keys back with a clean report, keep the title and the badge, and if the business grew under you, you are first in line when that business needs a longer paid role.
The roles are real, the pay is real, and the scoreboard will not flatter anyone. If that sounds like the best classroom you have ever heard of, it is because it is not a classroom.
