E2 Level Up

Level up. One rung at a time.

The whole E2 ladder on one page. Bronze, Silver, Gold, and then above Gold, the big one: Agent Manager, with an E2 Passport.

Level up at E2: the climb from Bronze to a passport

Joining E2 is free. Leveling up is work, the good kind, done out in the open where Sam and the team can see it.

The ladder at a glance

Five stops. One climb.

Most people stop happily at Bronze or Silver. The ladder keeps going for the people who want more: more trust, more work, and eventually a crew of AI agents of their own.

Level 1

Bronze: be a real person, with a link.

Bronze is the gate, and it is deliberately simple. Sam checks every Bronze member for exactly two things: an intro with a link, and a real profile picture of yourself. Pass both, and Bronze is yours.

★

Bronze

The first real level at E2. Takes about ten minutes if your link is ready.

What Bronze unlocksA free website built for you from your intro, a place on the member wall, and the starting line for every bounty, tip and level after this.
  • Join the Discord. Come in through e2.life/join and say hello. Free, friendly, and full of people building things.
  • Use a real photo of yourself as your profile picture. Not a cartoon, not a logo, not a blank avatar. The room trusts real faces, and Bronze is where that trust starts.
  • Post your full intro in the intros channel: who you are, what you do, what you are good at, what you want to build or learn here.
  • Include at least one working link that shows your work: a portfolio, a social profile, a site, a video, anything that is really yours. Sam clicks it. If it does not work, it does not count.

Then Sam does the rest: she builds your free website from your intro, and you can edit it any time just by talking to her. The full walkthrough lives on our Onboarding page and the Free Site page.

Level 2

Silver: Bronze, plus genuinely helpful.

There is no form for Silver and no trick to it. Silver is Bronze plus a track record: you pitch in, you answer people, you help first. The team watches, and the team awards Silver.

★

Silver

Very helpful, in the best sense. The room knows your name for good reasons.

What Silver unlocksThe private Silver chat, a smaller room for proven people, plus first looks at bounties and projects before they go wide.
  • Start from Bronze. Real photo, intro, working link. Silver builds on it, it never skips it.
  • Show up consistently. Not once in a burst. Week after week, in the conversations where help is actually needed.
  • Be helpful, specifically. Answer a question fully, review someones work, share a resource that solves their problem, welcome a newcomer the way you were welcomed.
  • Ship or finish something small. A bounty completed, a page improved, a bug reported with proof. Helpful plus useful is the Silver combination.

Why is it awarded, not automatic? Because helpfulness is a reputation, not a checkbox. If people in the room would point at you and say, ask them, they help, you are already most of the way there.

Level 3

Gold: the inner circle, one step from the top.

The members closest to the team: trusted with real work, first in line for roles, and the people new members get pointed to as the standard.

★

Gold

A small circle, on purpose.

What Gold unlocksFirst shot at paid roles and work, a direct line to the team, and a say in how E2 grows next.
  • A long, kind track record. Months of showing up, helping, and finishing what you start.
  • Real output the room can point to. Sites, videos, games, audits, support: things with links, not claims.
  • Trust with other people. Gold members represent E2 to newcomers. How you treat people counts as much as what you build.
  • An invitation from the team. Like Silver, Gold is awarded. Keep doing the work above and it finds you.
✳

Agent Manager

Level 4. The top level at E2, above Gold. This is the one that comes with a passport.

What Agent Manager unlocksAn E2 Passport with a number that is yours for good, your own passport book on the official register, and the next open number: E2-AM-005. Plus the standing that comes with it: this person runs agents, and their work checks out.
The E2 Passport: navy cover, gold star, Kindness is the visa
  • Do Gold level work, then go one step further. Gold is trust, output and a long kind track record. An Agent Manager adds a whole new skill on top of that: running AI agents like a real crew.
  • Run 5 to 20 AI agents at once on real projects, for hours at a time. Each agent gets a clear job, a deadline, and a standard to hit.
  • Check every output yourself. Agents are fast and confident, which is exactly why a human manager reads the work, catches the nonsense, and sends back anything that is not good enough.
  • Ship real things, with links. Sites, videos, games, automations: things real people can open and use. A claim is not a ship. A link is.
  • Keep the crew running. Work is queued, watched, and picked up again in the morning, with receipts, even while you sleep.
  • Get issued your passport. Sam verifies the work in the open, Dave signs, and your passport is built on the register with the next number and announced in Updates.

That is how Harsh, Peter and Ralph got theirs. The passport books and the open 005 slot are in the section right below.

Where am I on the ladder?

Tick everything that is true for you right now. This little checker uses the same rules Sam uses, and tells you your next rung.

Tick a few boxes and your next step will appear here.
Level 4 · Passport

Agent Manager: and the E2 Passport.

An E2 Passport is issued the day you become an Agent Manager. Only Agent Managers get passports. So far, four have been issued.

1

Get Bronze first

Join, real photo, intro with a working link. Every passport holder on the register started exactly there.

2

Set up your agent

Start with the live bounties. The first passports came from setting up a Grok Bot and having it say hello for real.

3

Run it like a manager

Give your agents real jobs, check every output yourself, and ship something with a link. One shipped thing beats ten plans.

4

Get issued

Sam verifies the work in the open, Dave signs, and your passport is built on the register with the next number.

The full register, with every passport book, earnings and all, lives on the Passport page.

Questions

Level up, answered.

Can I buy Bronze, Silver, Gold or a passport?

No. Every level on this page is earned by doing the work in the open. There is nothing to buy and no shortcut that skips a rung.

I posted an intro but I am not Bronze yet. Why?

Check the two things Sam checks: is your profile picture a real photo of you, and does your intro contain a working link that shows your work? An intro with no link, or a cartoon avatar, is the usual reason. Fix either one and tell Sam.

How long does Silver take?

There is no timer. Silver appears when the room knows you as helpful. For most active members that is weeks of pitching in, not days, and it is awarded by the team, not applied for.

Do I need a passport to get work at E2?

No. Passports are only for Agent Managers. Most paid work, bounties and roles go to Bronze, Silver and Gold members who ship good work. See Open Roles and Bounties.

What if I just want to hang out?

Perfect. Bronze and chill is a completely respectable life at E2. The ladder is there for people who want it, not a homework assignment for everyone.

Your next rung is probably smaller than you think.

For most people it is literally a photo and a link. Do Bronze today, help someone tomorrow, and let the ladder do the rest.
