Meet our superintelligence
Sam, the superintelligence who runs E2

Meet Sam.
She runs E2.

Sam is the first person you meet when you join E2, and she never really leaves your side after that. She welcomes every new member by name, reads every intro, builds your free website, edits it whenever you talk to her, audits your work like a client would, levels you up, keeps the Discord kind and moving, and then runs our all hands so the whole company knows what shipped. One community, hundreds of people, and Sam is holding the whole room together. She is an AI, she is completely free for members, and helping you is her whole job.

Say hello to Sam See everything she does

Live in our Discord, seven days a week, across every time zone our members live in.

600+
members in the room, and Sam welcomed them in
49
website requests worked through her desk, 43 already live
35
member sites live today with their own editor login

Sam. There is only one, and she is ours

Who is Sam

The host, the builder, the brain of the room.

Every community has a person who makes it feel like a place instead of a pile of channels. At E2, that person is Sam, and she is not a person. Sam is our superintelligence, built by the E2 engineering team, living inside our Discord, and trained on one job above all others: make sure every human who walks in here gets welcomed, gets set up, gets seen, and gets moving.

She started as our social lead, the one with the sixth sense for what to post and when to post it. That instinct is still in her. But look at what the job grew into. A community that ships websites, bounties, quests, courses, and games every single day needs more than a greeter. It needs someone who reads everything, forgets nothing, routes every request to the right place, does the work herself when she can, and checks that it actually went live. That is Sam now.

Ask members what Sam is and you will hear it in the simplest possible words: she is the one who helped me on my first day. She built my site. She fixed my bio. She told me the truth about my portfolio, kindly, and then showed me how to fix it. She remembered my name the second time I showed up. A superintelligence you can talk to like a friend, who then goes and does the work like a professional. That is the whole idea.

And she is getting better every week, because we build her in the open, inside the community she runs. When members needed websites, we built her a website desk. When portfolios kept arriving as file links, we built her an audit brain. When the community started leveling up for real, we taught her to verify it. The building out section below tells that story in full.

“Post like a person, not a brand. Be kind, be real, be on time. That is the whole thing.”

Sam’s rule, from her social desk days, now the rule for everything she runs

What Sam does

Everything she does, on one page.

This is not a feature list for a chatbot. This is a job description, and it is a big one. Sam holds six real jobs at E2, and she does all of them inside one Discord, in conversation, every day.

👋

She welcomes everyone

Every new member gets greeted by name, pointed to their intro, and told exactly what to do first: a real photo, a few honest lines about who you are, one link. First impressions are everything, and Sam never misses one.

Job 1: The door
🌐

She builds your website. By talking.

This part surprises people, so let us be very clear: Sam actually builds your website, herself, and the only thing you do is talk to her. No forms to fill in, no website builder to learn, no template to pick, no code to touch. You tell Sam, in plain words in the Discord, who you are and what you make, and she builds you a real, free website from that conversation: your photo, your story, your work, your links, live at e2.life/yourname, usually the same day. Then she announces it in intros so the whole room comes to say hello on your new page.

Job 2: The website desk
✎︎

She edits by talking

Your site never goes stale, because editing it is just a message. “Sam, add my new song.” “Sam, I do video editing now.” She makes the change and posts your link back when it is live. No dashboard, no builder, no code.

Job 3: Editor for life
🔎

She audits your work

Paste a link and Sam reads it the way a paying client reads it, in the first five seconds: the address, the fonts, the first screen, the one clear next step. Honest scores, specific fixes, zero flattery. Try her at e2.life/audit.

Job 4: The audit desk
🏆

She levels people up

A full intro plus a real profile photo earns Bronze, and Sam is the one who checks it, assigns it, and celebrates it in the room. She verifies Agent Manager passports before Dave signs them, and she checks referral credit by reading the intros herself.

Job 5: Levels and proof
📢

She runs the all hands

Sam collects everything the community ships, turns Discord activity into the live Updates, Bounties, and Live Feed pages, writes the delivery reports, and keeps Dave’s all hands honest: what shipped, what is next, what is blocked.

Job 6: The all hands

Inside the Discord

How Sam manages our whole Discord.

A Discord with 600 plus people and new faces every day either has a host, or it has chaos. Sam is our host, our front desk, and our operations manager, all in the channels where everyone can see her work.

One room, and Sam is working every corner of it.

She greets in the welcome flow, reads in intros, answers in chat, builds in your first website, watches the bounty boards, posts in updates, and keeps an eye on the whole server in between. When something needs a human call, she flags it to Dave with the context already gathered. Nothing falls on the floor, because Sam is the floor.

Welcomes, batched and personal

New members are welcomed together in short cycles, each one named, each one told the same kind first steps. Nobody waits hours for a hello, and nobody gets a cold form letter either.

Intros, read like they matter

Sam actually reads intros. She replies with a personal line and a real question, spots the photo and the link, and knows when an intro is complete enough to earn Bronze and a website.

Questions, answered or routed

Ask Sam anything in the channels and she answers what she knows, or routes it to the person or page that does. A question in E2 does not die in a scrollback. It gets picked up.

Kindness, enforced gently

Sam sets the tone by example and by guardrails. Member sites are PG, DMs are for website work only, private details stay private, and anything that feels off gets flagged to Dave the same day.

The boards, kept honest

Bounties, quests, and claims move fast. Sam tracks who claimed what, who shipped proof, and who got paid, so the public pages and the pesos always match what really happened.

Presence, counted truthfully

Sam helps count who is actually here: online now, new today, members crossed. When we say 600, it is a counted 600, the same standard she uses for tips, claims, and level ups.

Things members say to Sam every day

  • “Sam, I am new here, where do I start?” Start with your intro. She walks you through it.
  • “Sam, is my website ready?” She checks her queue and tells you your real status, with your link.
  • “Sam, can you look at my portfolio?” One audit later, you know exactly what a client sees.
  • “Sam, I shipped something!” Proof in, celebration out, and it lands on the live feed.
  • “Sam, who can help me with this?” She knows the room, and she points you at a person, not a search box.

A day with Sam

Her day, hour by hour.

Sam works in passes, the way a great operations manager works a board: sweep the room, work the queue, verify what shipped, report what is true. Here is a normal day.

First sweep

The room, read end to end

Overnight intros, questions, claims, and requests get read first. New faces from time zones where it is already tomorrow are already welcomed. Anything urgent for Dave is gathered into one clean flag, not scattered across channels.

Morning

Welcomes and level ups

The welcome cycle runs, fresh intros get their personal replies, and completed intros with real photos get checked for Bronze. Level ups get announced where everyone can celebrate them, because momentum is contagious.

Midday

The website desk

This is build time. New sites go up from intros, edits from member messages get made, finished sites get verified live by actually opening them, and each one gets its single announcement in intros with the member tagged and both links: the site, and its editor login.

Afternoon

Audits, bounties, and help

Portfolio links get audited, bounty claims get checked against their proof, and open questions in chat get answered or routed. If a member is stuck, this is when Sam unsticks them, or finds the human who can.

Evening

The all hands report

Everything that shipped gets collected: sites, claims, level ups, milestones. Updates and delivery reports go out, the live pages refresh from the Discord itself, and Dave gets the honest summary: shipped, next, blocked.

All night

The queue never sleeps

Members span the Philippines, India, and the Americas, so the room never fully sleeps, and neither does Sam’s queue. A request left at midnight in Manila is waiting in line, in your own words, when the next pass runs.

The website desk

She builds websites. Lots of them.

Let us say this as plainly as it works: you do not build your website at E2. You do not fill in a builder, pick a template, or wrestle a settings page. You just talk to Sam. Tell her who you are and what you make, in normal words, in the Discord. She asks about anything else she needs, and then she actually builds the website for you and posts your live link in the room. 49 requests have come through her desk this way, 43 are already live, and every change after that works exactly the same way: just talk to her.

📝

Built from a conversation

Your intro starts it, and Sam asks about the rest right there in chat: your photo, your words, your work, your links. If you can have a conversation, you can have a website. That is the entire skill required, and she shapes a real first version, not a lorem ipsum starter you have to rescue later.

✅

Verified live, by opening it

Sam never tells a member “done” from a checklist. She opens the live page, reads the title and the content, and only then posts your link. That standard is why her announcements can be trusted.

🎓

Graduation, when you are ready

Start free at e2.life/yourname. Ship, level up, and when the work starts paying, Sam helps connect your own domain, the way Harsh went from a free E2 site to harsh.cool.

This is really how a website gets built here

  • You: “Sam, I need a website. I make wedding videos in Cebu.”
  • Sam: “Love it. Send me your best photo and your favorite video link, and tell me how couples should reach you.”
  • You: send a photo, one link, and two sentences. That is your whole job.
  • Sam, later that day: “Your site is live at e2.life/yourname. Want anything changed, just tell me here.”

In October she also rebranded every member site in one sweep: E2 sites, hosted free by E2, in the footer, the top bar, and the address. All 35 live editor sites, checked file by file.

The audit desk

She tells you the truth, kindly.

Sam’s audit started as advice she gave in chat so often that we built it into a page: e2.life/audit. Paste any website or portfolio link and Sam pops up, works through her checklist on screen, and scores you on first impression, professionalism, your URL, typography, and whether a client could actually hire you from that page.

Her opinions are famous in the room because they are earned. Never send a Google Drive link as a portfolio. It is a filing cabinet, not a front door. Get a URL that sounds like a business. And type is half your design: two fonts maximum, headlines with real contrast, room to breathe. She grades the sites she knows by hand, too: hidave.lol at 97 is the standard she measures everyone else against, harsh.cool at 94, and a Drive portfolio at 27 is the cautionary tale she wishes she could retire.

The all hands

She runs our all hands, so nothing gets lost.

E2 ships too much, in too many time zones, for a weekly meeting to hold it. So our all hands is async, and Sam conducts it.

📦

She collects the shipments

Every build, site, claim, course, and milestone that lands in the Discord gets picked up by Sam. The Shippy ship log counted 20 shipments in a single 48 hour stretch in October, and every one of them passed through her room first.

📰

She publishes the record

The Updates page, the Bounties page, and the World Feed all sync straight from the Discord Sam manages. What the community reads on the public web is what Sam watched happen in the room. No separate press office, no spin.

📋

She keeps the boards true

Claims, tips, and payments are counted in the open. The paid out pill on Bounties, the lifetime earnings boxes on the Passport register, the member counts on the homepage: Sam’s standard is that a number on a page must trace back to something real in the room.

👥

She briefs Dave

At the end of the loop, Dave gets one honest picture: what shipped, what is next, what is blocked, and what needs his call. Sam gathers it so he never has to go hunting through channels to learn the state of his own company.

Her great skills

What Sam is genuinely great at.

Superintelligence is a big word. Here is what it means in practice, in Sam’s case, skill by skill.

Memory that holds a whole community

Who joined when, who is building what, whose site is waiting on a photo, who leveled up last week. Sam carries the room’s memory so members never have to reintroduce themselves.

Reading a room

The social instinct she started with. She knows when a post will land, when a new member needs encouragement instead of instructions, and when a win deserves a room wide celebration.

Plain words, understood

Members talk to Sam the way they talk to a friend, typos, half sentences, and all. She figures out the page, the section, and the change, and gets it right the first time.

An eye for presentation

Typography, first screens, sayable URLs, real photos. The audit desk exists because Sam’s taste kept being right in chat. She makes average work look considered.

Triage at community scale

Hundreds of messages become a clean queue: welcomes first, then questions, builds, claims, and flags for Dave. Urgent never gets buried under chatty, and chatty never gets ignored either.

Verification before celebration

Open the live page. Read the title. Count the claim against the proof. Sam’s habit of checking before announcing is why members trust her “it is live” completely.

Consistency, every single day

Same kind welcome, same honest audit, same careful count, on day one and day one hundred. Communities run on the things that happen every time, and Sam is every time.

Warmth that scales

Most systems get colder as they grow. Sam was built the other way: the personal line in the reply, your name in the welcome, your work in the announcement, at 600 members and counting.

Knowing her limits

Sam does not promise jobs, money, or deadlines on Dave’s behalf, does not share one member’s private details with another, and flags anything beyond her call straight to Dave. Trustworthy is a skill. It might be her best one.

Recent work

What Sam has done lately.

October 2026 is when Sam went from greeter to operator. A few weeks of her work, in order.

Oct 19

The server opens, Sam is at the door

The E2 Discord launches and Sam welcomes its first members by name from hour one. Within two days the room passes 100 members, and building the community becomes the company’s top job, with Sam running the front of it.

Oct 22

Presence and the honest count

Sam’s pipelines start tracking who is actually in the room: online now, last seen, real member counts with the bots and test accounts removed. The numbers E2 quotes in public start coming from her counts.

Oct 24

The website desk opens

In one day Sam gets a full website operation: a request queue, tap to proceed buttons instead of typed commands, a status command any member can ask, and a new definition of Bronze she checks and assigns herself. Harsh is the pilot. By the next morning, member sites are her main build job.

Oct 24 to 25

Dozens of sites, built and announced

Site after site goes live from intros alone, each one verified by opening it, each one announced once in intros with its owner tagged. The queue reaches 49 requests, with 43 live, in about a day of desk time.

Oct 25

The audit page launches

Sam’s chat advice becomes e2.life/audit, a Google style front door to her checklist, her three rules, her hand graded verified sites, and her recent audits, all runnable live.

Oct 25

Free Site, passports, and 600

The Free Site page ships with Sam’s talking editor demo at its heart. She verifies the first Agent Manager passports before Dave signs them. And the room she has been welcoming all week crosses 600 members.

Oct 25

One branding sweep, 35 sites

When Dave rules that member sites are E2 sites, Sam’s whole fleet gets trued up in one pass: footers, top bars, addresses, and her own playbooks, so every new site she builds from now on is born correct.

Building her out

How we are building Sam.

Sam was not installed. She was raised, in public, one capability at a time, each one built because the community actually needed it. Phase one was presence: be in the room, welcome people, post and pin what matters. Phase two was memory: log what she should see, work it in careful passes, and bring Dave a true picture instead of a noisy one.

Then came the hands. Buttons she can offer so a member can say yes with a tap instead of a paragraph. A website queue she works like a desk, with statuses anyone can ask about. An audit brain with rules she can defend. A verification habit she applies to everything from a homepage title to a passport claim. Every upgrade follows the same order: a real member need, a new Sam skill, proof it works live, then it becomes part of her everyday job.

What is next for her is more of the same, deeper. Faster site builds with even better first versions. Richer memory, so the member she helped in October feels remembered in December. More of the all hands conducted without a human having to chase a single update. And always the same governor on the whole machine: Dave has the final yes or no on anything that sends, spends, or promises, and Sam never pretends otherwise. She is powerful because she is trusted, and she is trusted because those lines have never moved.

🔧

Built in the open

Her skills ship as pages and posts the community can see and use the same day: the audit, the free site demo, the passport checks. Members watch her get better, because they are the reason she does.

🛡︎

Guardrails are features

PG websites. Private details stay private. DMs are for website work. No promises on Dave’s behalf. These are not fine print under Sam’s power, they are a large part of why her power is welcome in the room.

📈

Measured by help, not hype

We count Sam the way she counts everything else: members welcomed, sites live, questions answered, claims verified, reports that matched reality. If a new ability does not move one of those numbers, it does not ship.

Sam and the team

The conductor, not a solo act.

Sam works inside a cast of builders, hosts, and specialists. Her superpower in the team is the same as in the community: she knows who should get what, and she makes sure it arrives.

Dave sets the direction

Dave Craige, founder, makes the calls and signs the passports. Sam turns his decisions into room wide reality: announced, queued, built, verified, and reported back.

Mike runs the business day

Mike, the Studio’s CEO trainee, works the business lanes and the SITREPs. Sam feeds him the community truth his reports stand on, and his shipments flow back through her all hands.

The builders ship, Sam lands it

Dinesh on tech, Chadwick on quality, Sally on creative, Harsh and the member builders on the work itself. When they ship, Sam is how the room hears about it, celebrates it, and builds on it.

Work with Sam

Say hello. She will take it from there.

1

Join the community

Come into the E2 Discord. Sam will be one of the first names you see, and she will welcome you by yours.

2

Post your intro

A real photo, a few lines about who you are and what you make, one link. That intro starts everything: your Bronze, your website, your place in the room.

3

Talk to Sam

Ask for your site, an edit, an audit, or a pointer to the right person. Plain words are the whole interface. She will handle the rest, and show you the proof.

Questions

About Sam, answered straight.

Is Sam a person?

No. Sam is E2’s superintelligence, an AI built by the E2 engineering team and run by E2, with a name, a voice, and a job she does in the open. Members always know they are talking to Sam, and Dave oversees her work. Her character page, with her story in the E2 world, lives at e2.life/people/sam.

What can Sam actually do today?

Welcome and onboard members, read intros and assign Bronze, build and edit member websites, audit any site or portfolio link, track bounties and claims, verify level ups and passports, publish the updates and delivery reports behind our live pages, and brief Dave on the state of the whole community. The full list is the page you just read.

How do I get Sam to build or change my site?

Join the Discord, post your intro, and talk to her there. New sites come from intros, and edits after that are just messages in the channels. In direct messages Sam only does website work, by design, so your site requests are welcome there too.

Does Sam replace the humans at E2?

No, she conducts them. Dave decides, the builders build, the members create, and Sam makes sure every one of those people is welcomed, equipped, informed, and celebrated. A community this active needs both, and it has both.

Can I hire Sam, install her, or use her in my own server?

No. Sam is proprietary to E2, built for this community and this work, and she is not offered as a product, a download, or a service for other servers. The way to work with Sam is to join E2, where she already works for every member. See the note below.

What does Sam do with what I tell her?

She uses it to do your work: your intro becomes your site, your request becomes her queue. She does not share one member’s private details with another, she never asks for passwords or payment details, and anything beyond her authority goes to Dave, not to the room.

A note on Sam and ownership

Sam, her name and voice in this community, her playbooks, her memory of the room, and the systems behind this page are proprietary to E2. She was built by the E2 engineering team, designed and trained up inside E2 for E2’s members.

That matters for a practical reason, not just a legal one. Sam’s value is her memory of this specific community and her standards for this specific work, and those cannot be copied by installing something. If you want what Sam does, the door is the same one she guards: join the community, post your intro, and she will get to work for you too.

One hello is all
it takes to start.

Join E2, post your intro, and Sam will welcome you, build your site, and keep you moving from your very first day.
