Change log
What changed and when. Newest first.
Oct 18, ~7:20pm MDT
Amara Larissa materials hosted on HQ: her resume plus all four writing samples she sent (4-2104 pilot, Aesthetic Value, Strawberry Six, Headshot), linked from her Priority 1 entry and her HQ2 card.
Oct 18, ~7:00pm MDT
Marc Prey links added to his Priority 1 entry: IMDb (nm2547914, from his own application signature), his CV hosted here, Stage 32 profile, and Mandy profile. Awards: Slamdance, PAGE, Scriptapalooza, Waterfront best screenplay. No public Instagram found for him.
Oct 18, ~6:47pm MDT
Formatting overhaul (Dave's call): repaired 7 Stanford Helper applicant cards (Justin, Erin M., Guiller, big_100blk, Taron Walker, Wes, Prod.Dixi) whose bios, rates, and bottom lines were spilling outside their cards; the whole page's div structure is balanced again. Header no longer sticks over content, cards got a soft shadow, and long links wrap instead of stretching rows.
Oct 18, ~2:55pm MDT
New Denver EA applicant: Articia Allen (Broomfield) applied Oct 17 with resume. Finance and ops background (tax analysis, accounting, office management, grant billing at Colorado Coalition for the Homeless). No public socials found. Added to Talent to track with resume hosted. Separately: the Manila Craigslist web helper ad (₱1,000/hr) was flagged for removal by Craigslist within about 20 minutes of posting; the listing page on e2.life/helpus is unaffected and live. Applicants now 80.
Oct 17, ~1:30am CDT
Adrienne Thorne's work links added to her Talent to track row: IMDb, resume, Script Revolution portfolio, website, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. No Instagram found for her; her own site links X and YouTube.
Oct 16, ~11:45pm CDT
Talent sweep (Dave's ask): a new "Talent to track" section sits at the top of this page. The LA writer ad produced 11 applicants on day one, including Marc Prey (15 produced films) and Mico Montes (already shipped the five-stories-one-arc structure). Denver EA gained Eileen Flanigan (25 years private service, strongest EA resume in the pool). Harvard Helper has 8 applicants, all new. Applicants now 79. Stage 32 post is live (46 views day one); ISA post waits on Dave's one-minute login, on his to-do list.
Oct 16, ~5:27pm CDT
Head of Story LA is LIVE: Craigslist LA creative gigs, posting 7984859055, "$100/hr: screenwriter & universe builder, 7 short films, one big world." $10 fee paid by Dave by hand after Stripe Link timed out again. Watch [email protected] and CL chat for applicants.
Oct 16, ~3:10pm MDT

Denver EA sweep: 10 more applicants from the Craigslist ad landed Oct 12 to 15 (Natasha Carter, Tracie L, Linda Andrews, Ethan Connolly, Caitlyn Casey, Zach Chamis, Jadon Samuel, Mia A Aragon, Ania Shilo, Tinku Rao). All added to Priority 1 with resumes hosted. Dave confirmed the order: Denver EA first, a good writer second. Applicants now 57.
Oct 15, ~4:10pm MDT
Ali Tutunik emailed for the first time (the Oct 13 attempt died in a Gmail timeout and never landed, verified). Thanked her for applying and asked if she has tried muse.ai yet. Dave's filter: build the team around people who already use AI agents to do work.

Our hiring approach
Dave has final yes on every hire. Nothing here is an offer until he says so.
Haddie runs the day to day. She keeps the pipeline moving, screens against the briefs, and queues the decisions only Dave can make.
Hiring order: 1) Female vocalist ($65/hr), 2) Lawyer ($60/hr), 3) Social & partnerships, 4) Phone callers. Plus the narrative writer, which Dave calls a key hire.
Vocalist applicants send a singing video via Instagram DM. Producer applicants send their tracks. (Same as the public hiring page.)
Fiverr checks include bot-outreached threads, not just email replies, so nobody slips through.
Mira is painful to read, so this page is the source of truth. It gets updated from Fiverr: every listing, every applicant, with name, rate, and links to their videos and work. Dave never has to open Mira.
New applicants get added here with their rate and work links. Dave reviews on this page and gives the yes or no.
