The money, plainly
Real pay for real ships
No exposure, no equity fairy tales. Bounties pay ₱60 and up per finished ship. The CEO bounty pays $2 when your claimed project ships a real v1 people can open, plus $4 when its own community reaches 15 real users, because users are the hard part. A full CEO week pays ₱1,000 base plus a ₱500 good work bonus, by Tippy, on Day 7.
